Learn how to create ribs and double knit fabrics! In this class we will review how to fully operate a knitting machine with the ribber bed to create different types of fabrics. The class lessons will also include ribber fabric terminology and how to read and write cam diagrams to be able to take notes about your own swatches and designs. This class includes all of our “Ribber Basics” material, plus additional ribber techniques and a wider variety of fabric types. This is a hands on class. Each student will be provided with their own machine to learn and create several swatches illustrating the techniques demonstrated.
**Looking to learn how to use the ribber attachment, but with less of a time commitment? Check out our other class - Ribber Basics. **
All materials will be provided.
