Learn the basics of garment shaping and construction in this three part class where each student will knit their own half-scale vest. Together, we will review how to read and write a machine knitted pattern, knit the individual pieces and then learn how to link (“sew”) them together right on the knitting machine. Students will be provided with a copy of the half-scale and full size pattern to take home to reuse in the future.

This is a hands on class. Each student will be provided with their own machine to knit and link their project.

All materials will be provided.

Prerequisites: Intro to Machine Knitting and Knitting with the Ribber classes, or already practiced with the skills learned during both of those classes.
